Our Programs
Program
Super Fit Kidz is a 30 minute educational based program conducted once a week that will allow your child to experience and develop better
co-ordination, confidence and movement skills.
We will engage in a variety of fitness and movement activities as well as nutritional facts to keep our bodies fit and healthy in a fun and creative way. I am very confident you and your child will find this program very exciting and beneficial for a healthy start in life.
